Claudia Christian is a French interior design studio born on the streets of Paris. Everything started almost 30 years ago with turning one Parisian apartment into the home. CC studio has evolved since making a name for its design functionality, sustainable heart, and modern aesthetics. Every project included custom-made pieces so loved by their clients they wanted to buy more - it was time to make one-off pieces for sale. This has manifested into a collection of stunning furniture, accessories, and thoughtfully curated interior pieces from around the globe. However, its identity didn't reflect this new venture and brand struggled to reach its desired consumer. This is where the quest for a resolution has begun.
During the first phase, I have conducted a discovery session following with workshops that sparked an insightful dialogue with the brand's key stakeholders. We were able to identify key challenges CC studio faced due to their extension into retail. The main focus was directed towards prioritising the desired customer and translating their showroom experience online.

Through a series of exercises during strategy development, I was able to draw out and redefine the brand's vision, values, and culture. What emerged was a clear brand story, voice, and creative tone for Claudia Christian.

To provide top experiences for consumers it's crucial to understand their needs first, hence why we dived deep into getting to know them. As a result, I created unique customer profiles that illustrated their demographics, psychographics, desires, and challenges.

The new brand strategy guided my journey of discovering the visual story of Claudia Christian; it led me to the creation of a new and compelling visual identity that appealed to the senses, fuelled recognition, and helped build a genuine connection with the target audience.

This is where we have build on the CC's unique customer journeys and needs, bridging the awareness and purchase stages. Together with the brand we have build a sitemap that translated into an effortless customer experience that minimised bounce rate.
